A FileManager service requires access to the following other AstroGrid components.
In order to access other AstroGrid sevices, FileManager will need access to at least one Registry service.
In addition, you will need access to a publishing Registry to register the FileManager service.
The FileManager service will need access to at least one FileStore service to act as the default storage location.
