ensured that the installers bundle the deployment script and work offline.

Need to ignore errors on download...just in case the war is a test war and therefore not in the remote repo.

Updated so that the deployment script can be called using maven install in the deployment project.  Also, allow
the jes listener settings to be overridden - useful if you're using proxies.

FILE REMOVED

file build.xml was initially added on branch JES_jdt_1005.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
