ensured that the installers bundle the deployment script and work offline.

Would fail if file wasn't available on remote server.  Now carries on, and will fail later if the file isn't available locally.
Need to think of the consequences for the subsequent touch of the file though.

FILE REMOVED

file build.xml was initially added on branch POR_JDT_882.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
