made the RemoteException use the alternate registry as well when a url is bogus it is thrown as a RemoteException not a ServiceException.  this might be some (though rare) valid Axis Faults are thrown as RemoteExceptions will go to the alternate registry a 2nd time to fail.  Also fixed a few docs/comments in project.xml

To fix a couple of xsl stylesheets to have some more namespaces and to work with CEA commandline.  A trim() added to commons area to make sure identifier does not have spaces in the front.

just told it to use an old palQuery jar.  It is a jar that won't be updated anymore so can use a 2007 version.  Later need to make sure it uses updated converter fro adqls->x

New eXist db bundled.
Now uses XFire for streaming back on the server.

I updated Axis to v1.3. This brought in several other upgrades of jars in the axis group: wsdj4j, commons-logging, commons-discovery. I changed the naming of some of the axis-group jars to match our new scheme: axis-jaxrpc-1.3 and axis-saaj-1.3 in, saaj and jaxrpxc-api out. In the process, I modernised the POM mark-up, changing <id> to <groupId> and <artifactId>.

added a new sql type jsp area.  Fixed a bug in the commons class where it was
getting a malformedurlexception because it could not find a xsl stylesheet.  And turned back on the

The documentation for registry hasn't built for a while.
This was due to the attempt in maven.xml to override existing
maven goals, rather than defining new ones or adding pre or post
hooks.  Maven RC3+ is less tolerant of this than RC1 was.
So, I've taken an axe to a lot of the build code.  Maven RC3 offers
an opportunity to simplify this build code further, but I'll
leave that to someone else.

file project.xml was initially added on branch KMB_23-05-2004_Reg.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, select a symbolic revision name using the selection box, or choose 'Use Text Field' and enter a numeric revision.
