The AstroGrid infrastructure is designed so that it should be easy for third parties to write pieces of software that inter-operate with AstroGrid tools and other VO tools. This could mean fully fledged Java applications, in which case the Astro Runtime acts as an API giving access to VO services, and the PLASTIC hub allows the new application to speak to others. However it could also simply mean Python scripts developed by users, which they would like to share with others.

As a simple start to this idea of sharing software, we offer this web page as a repository for user scripts. Contact us by email at helpdesk @ astrogrid.org and we will load up your script with a little explanation.

Acknowledging AstroGrid. If you make use of the AstroGrid system or tools, we would be grateful if you could acknowledge this use in any resulting publications.
