Getting Support

If you are having difficulties, there are four ways to try to solve your problems. Try these in the following order:

  • Read the documentation in the Help section
  • If you can't find the answer there, try consulting the FAQs and the Known Issues page
  • Submit a ticket to the Helpdesk system. This will be dealt with by AstroGrid staff.
  • If for some reason you can't use the Helpdesk ticket system, try sending an email to helpdesk @ astrogrid.org
