Helpdesk Ticket System
Before raising a ticket for support, please ensure you have read the documentation in the Help section and consulted the FAQ and the Known Issues pages.
To raise a ticket for support you will first need to register for an account here. As soon as you click on the 'Create Account' button you will be asked to login if your registration has been successful.
If you already have an account, but have forgotten your password, click here to reset it. You will need to have entered a valid email address when you originally registered for this to work.
Once you have registered and logged in you can raise a ticket for support here.
If you wish to check the progress of a ticket you have created you can do so here.
